David DePetris, M.S.Ed., BCBA®, LBA, ASDCS

Founder & Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

David is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst® and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities ranging in age from 2 to 55. Since 2005, he has been dedicated to helping people of all ages achieve greater independence and an improved quality of life.

David earned his master’s degree in education as well as his Board Certification and Licensure in 2015. Before relocating to Connecticut, he served as a Clinical Director at Nashoba Learning Group (Bedford, MA), a private, non-profit school and adult services program for individuals with profound autism. During his tenure at NLG, David was a core member of the Research Team, Group Training, and Senior Mentoring teams, where he provided leadership and guidance to teachers, therapists, and fellow BCBAs.

In addition to his clinical work, David has served as an Adjunct Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA, a Clinical Consultant, and an ABA Supervisor. He has presented at national conferences and institutions, including the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy, on topics ranging from individual behavior change to class-wide behavior management strategies. His published work utilizing Skill-based treatment, appears in The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, the field’s leading peer-reviewed journal.

David lives in Milford, Connecticut, with his wife Lauren and two children.

Lauren DePetris, M.S.Ed., BCBA®, LBA

Administrative Director & Board Certified & Licensed Behavior Analyst®

Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® licensed in Connecticut, bringing over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), autism services, and Organizational Behavior Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bryant University and a master’s degree in education from Bay Path University.

Lauren began her career at a residential school providing ABA therapy to adolescents significantly impacted by autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with a focus on reducing severe problem behavior. In 2014, she joined Nashoba Learning Group (NLG), working in the Adult Program. As she pursued her master’s degree, Lauren took on greater clinical responsibilities and later transitioned into an administrative leadership role.

In 2016, Lauren founded NLG’s Recruiting Department, where she specialized in Organizational Behavior Management, staff evaluation, and new staff orientation. After relocating to Connecticut with David and their two boys in 2022, she expanded her experience by working in a clinic setting with preschool-aged children.

At So Much to Say, Lauren provides both clinical oversight and leadership in a variety of administrative areas, helping ensure the organization operates with excellence and compassion.

Kylie, M.A., BCBA®, LBA

Program Director, Clinical Director & Board Certified & Licensed Behavior Analyst®

Kylie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University before completing her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in April 2023.

With over a decade of experience supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Kylie brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Before becoming a BCBA®, she gained hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®), Lead RBT, and Junior Practitioner while completing her supervised fieldwork hours.

Kylie is passionate about utilizing Skill-based Treatment (SBT) to provide compassionate, individualized care that helps each learner thrive. She especially values implementing desensitization programs that prepare clients for experiences such as medical visits, blood work, hair cuts, and dental appointments—reducing stress for both clients and caregivers while promoting positive participation, confidence, and greater independence in everyday life.

Since joining So Much to Say, Kylie has loved watching the company grow and appreciates the collaborative, supportive environment among the clinical team and behavior technicians. She finds it deeply rewarding to witness her clients’ growth and progress through individualized treatment and takes pride in contributing to a culture that emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and high-quality care.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, going for walks, reading, and exploring local coffee shops.

Michelle, M.A., BCBA®, LBA

Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Michelle is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) with eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked with children and adolescents ages 2½ to 18 across clinic, home, and community settings. Before earning her certification, Michelle built a strong foundation in the field through roles as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®), Lead RBT, and Program Supervisor.

She received her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology in December 2022 and obtained her BCBA®certification in August 2023.

Michelle is deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. She focuses on teaching functional communication skills that empower learners to express themselves effectively and have their needs met in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, creating handmade pottery, playing volleyball, and traveling the world with her husband to explore new cultures and experiences. She’s also a proud dog mom to two lovable pups who bring constant joy and adventure to her life.

Natalia, M.S., BCBA®, LBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Natalia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® with over four years of experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disorders. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University.

Throughout her career, Natalia has specialized in implementing individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote meaningful progress and positive behavior change. She has experience with skill-based treatment and is passionate about delivering compassionate, affirming ABA practices that meet each child where they are.

In 2023, Natalia presented at the BABAT Conference, sharing her case study titled “Efficacy of Behavior Interventions for Reducing Problem Behaviors,” contributing to the growing body of research in the field. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, and creating supportive environments where every child can learn, gain independence, and build lifelong skills. She values teaching social, functional, and daily living skills that empower children to thrive both within and beyond the clinical setting.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys practicing Pilates and spending time with her friends and family. She loves being part of a team that values collaboration and communication, where everyone works together toward shared goals. The child-led, joyful atmosphere at So Much to Say, combined with a strong, unified approach among team members, makes it an inspiring place to work and grow.

Brianna, LMSW

Licensed Master of Social Work & Registered Behavior Technician®

Brianna is a Licensed Master of Social Work currently advancing her career toward clinical licensure. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental disabilities, bringing empathy and dedication to every interaction.

Since 2018, Brianna has worked with a wide range of populations to promote independence, functional living skills, healthy lifestyle choices, and a positive self-image. She began her career as a Case Manager for Project M.O.R.E. Family Re-Entry in New Haven, where she worked for three years before discovering her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has since continued her work as a Registered Behavior Technician, combining her clinical knowledge with a compassionate approach to care.

Outside of her professional role, Brianna enjoys creative pursuits such as singing, painting, and crafting. She values the power of artistic expression and often incorporates creative strategies into her therapeutic work to foster growth, connection, and emotional well-being.

Kayla

Office Manager & Social Media Manager

Kayla is So Much to Say’s Office Manager & Social Media Manager. Originally from Queens, New York, she studied Forensic Psychology and Law with a focus in Mental Health Counseling at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. During her studies, Kayla discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis and has now been working in the field for over five years.

As one of the first members of the So Much to Say team, Kayla has loved watching the organization grow and evolve since its founding. Whether working with learners or managing the behind-the-scenes operations, she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and care to everything she does.

Kayla loves being part of a team that feels like family and is deeply passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

Leah, RBT®

Registered Behavior Technician Trainer

Leah has been a valued member of So Much to Say for nearly two years. Before joining SMTS, she worked as a swim instructor and childcare provider experiences that nurtured her passion for understanding each child’s unique needs and discovering creative ways to inspire learning and communication.

As a Registered Behavior Technician Trainer, Leah provides direct therapy to clients and plays an active role in training and mentoring staff. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Washington, where she developed a strong foundation in interpersonal connection and effective communication skills she uses daily in her work with learners and families.

What Leah loves most about So Much to Say is witnessing the growth in confidence, independence, and happiness among the children and families she supports. She takes pride in being part of a team that truly listens and values every child’s voice.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors, playing music, and weightlifting.

Grace, RBT®

Registered Behavior Technician Trainer

Grace is a Registered Behavior Technician Trainer at So Much to Say. She joined the team in 2024 after graduating from Sacred Heart University, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals with diverse learning needs.

Grace is passionate about professional growth and team development, and she takes pride in helping create a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and families. She cares deeply for the community So Much to Say serves and is committed to fostering positive, meaningful connections with every learner.

Originally from Massachusetts, Grace now lives in Bridgeport, Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys pottery painting, exploring new restaurants, and music. Having grown up playing piano and performing in theater and choir, she still loves to sing and can often be heard bringing a little extra joy and music to the clinic.
