  • Program philosophy, services, and expectations are explained.
  • Complete required documentation (intake packet).

Insurance Approval

  • Insurance details are collected.
  • Benefits and eligibility verification process begins.
  • Family is updated on coverage, costs, and next steps.

Assessment & Services

  • A formal assessment is scheduled with a clinician.
  • Standardized tools, observations, and parent interviews are used.
  • Assessment results determine eligibility, service type, and frequency.
  • An individualized treatment plan is developed.
  • Services begin!
